Documentation
Every project in the ARTVALOL TRAST registry is accompanied by as-built documentation: concealed-works acts, works logs, material certificates and a state acceptance certificate. This is what a tender commission actually verifies — not marketing copy, but a document set available on request.
Since 2009, not a single company project has been accepted with an enforcement notice from the State Architecture and Construction Inspectorate.
We will send the tender commission the complete project list with client references, contract values and acceptance certificates.
