Compliance
Civil construction in the Republic of Uzbekistan on high-responsibility facilities — ministries, banks, scientific institutions — is subject to continuous oversight by the State Architecture and Construction Inspectorate. Every stage is documented in as-built records and confirmed by concealed-works inspection certificates.
ARTVALOL TRAST has operated in this environment since 2009. During this period, the company has not received a single enforcement notice on facilities accepted by a government client.
Design documentation approval, building permit procurement, and facility handover are part of ARTVALOL TRAST's general contract scope, not a separate task for the client.
