Scope of Works
Every service area follows the regulatory framework of Uzbekistan, state-reviewed project documentation, and ISO 9001:2015.
Inspection of foundations, columns, slabs and walls with a defect report. Reinforcement using monolithic jackets and injection methods — without fully closing the building.
Heating, water supply, power, ventilation, low-current networks — with phased switchover avoiding prolonged facility shutdown.
Removal of worn roofing, rafter reinforcement, granite and aluminium panel cladding, restoration of architectural elements.
Rational floor plans while preserving load capacity. New floors and extensions per the calculated capacity of existing structures.
Reconstruction using materials approved by heritage protection authorities — including the grounds of the Amir Timur Mausoleum in Samarkand.
Instrumental inspection of structures and engineering systems. The defect report forms the basis of the design brief.
Structural solutions, material specifications, a phased work plan that accounts for the facility's operating schedule.
State review of project documentation, work permits, coordination with sanitary and fire supervision authorities.
The construction zone is separated from occupied areas. The institution continues normal operations.
Incoming material control, intermediate concealed-works inspection, acceptance act per the norms of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Working Conditions
Reconstruction of high-responsibility facilities requires an approach different from new construction: the building continues to operate, the client's staff works in adjacent offices, and site access is controlled by a security service.
Since 2009, ARTVALOL TRAST has carried out reconstruction under exactly these conditions. Site zoning, phased switchover of engineering systems, and coordination of each phase with the client's technical supervision are the company's standard operating mode.
As-built documentation is transferred to the client in full. The facility is handed over without any notices from state construction supervision authorities.
We will conduct a technical inspection and prepare a commercial proposal. We work across the entire territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
